CC: cough and colds
HPI: 1 day prior to posting(PTP), I was intermittently sneezing. No other acoompanying symptoms. No meds taken except for 1 mc flurry at mcdo.
12 hrs PTP, I developed non-productive cough, coryza with clear watery nasal discharge, generalized headache and pain on swallowing (hmmm...mali iniisip mo). Symptoms ggravated by the "napakainit na weather" and relieved by making "paypay with my fan". I took 2 tabs of phenylpropanolamine, 1 tab MVP and 1 tab Ambroxol (wa epek!).
Few hrs PTP, persistence of symptoms prompted me to write all the entries in this blog (wala lang), this subsequently led me to write gibrish hence this posting.
Assessment: Too sick to study
Plans: di naman pwede bedrest kasi duty pa bukas Increase oral fluid intake (samahan narin ng Lipton green tea)
